Will has ministered in the Baltic Republic of Latvia on two occasions.  In 1991 Will assisted his friend and fellow evangelist, Steve Russo, with a city-wide crusade in Riga.  In 1992 Will returned to Latvia to train a group of Latvian youth in street evangelism.  Will and his Latvian team traveled to three cities and evangelized in the streets and in churches utilizing music, drama and message.  Many Latvians made commitments to Christ.
